Here is something that I made for breakfast last Sunday.  It’s been a family favorite since I was 10 and spent the night with a friend, and they had it.

Crescent Rolls with Ham

Take one can of crescent rolls, separate them into triangles, and then spread deviled ham (from the can) on them.  Roll up the crescent rolls and bake according to package, maybe a little longer.

Everybody loves these, and they’re easy.  I calculated WW points on them, and one roll with ham is 4 points, which is pretty high, but if you limit yourself to one, you’ll be OK.
